  Spectrum customer service in Rockingham sucks!!! They have idiots with no common sense working the customer counter. I have a broken leg. I went into pay my bill, took a number and a seat to wait my turn. An idiot working there anounces that he is only taking those who are paying their bill. Almost everyone got in line. Instead of telling everyone that they'll stick to the number system the other cashier started helping people in line, disregarding the number system. Leaving the disabled and elderly to fend for themselves. This just shows you how Spectrum doesn't care about customer service. They obviously have terrible management running the place and pride themselves on hiring IDIOTS!!!! I never thought I would say I miss time warner cable but I do. Luckily there are other provider's available. I'm done paying someone to treat me bad. If you pay any of those people in that office over $2 an hr you are over paying them!!!!!!
